Joel Brooker

Joel received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Univeristy of Georgia in 2008 before going on to pursue a master's degree as a Physician Assistant from the Medical College of Georgia in 2011. He worked as a Physician Assistant in cardiology for 4 years before joining the Athens Pulmonary team in 2015. Joel is affiliated with the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants. He also serves as a volunteer medical provider at Mercy Health Center. While not at work, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife Sabra, son Samuel, and golden retriever Beauregard. He also enjoys spending time outdoors - backpacking, camping, traveling, and playing tennis.
