TJ Martin, MD
Dr. Martin joined Athens Pulmonary in 2013 after completing a Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at New York University. Originally from Augusta, GA, he also completed medical school at the Medical College of Georgia after which he moved to North Carolina for Internal Medicine Residency training at Wake Forest University. He followed this with a one year Chief Resident Junior Faculty position. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society (ATS) and the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP). He has active privileges at Athens Regional Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Hospital, and Landmark Hospital in Athens. He treats all general Pulmonary disorders, with special interest in bronchoscopy, critical care medicine, and critical care ultrasound.
